Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Aivor ("Aivor," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when financial advisors, wealth managers, and investment professionals ("you") use our website and the Aivor platform.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account information — name, work email, firm name, and role, provided when you request access or create an account.
  • Connected system data — portfolio, performance, and holdings data from the financial applications you choose to connect, used only to generate the analysis you request.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general device information, collected to improve the product.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide and improve Aivor's analysis capabilities, respond to support and sales inquiries, secure our systems, and meet legal and compliance obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data security

Access to connected financial data is controlled and read-oriented by default. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is required to deliver the requested analysis. See our Security section for more detail on how this works in practice.

Data retention

We retain account and usage information for as long as your firm maintains an active relationship with Aivor, and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and audit requirements. Connected financial data is retained only as needed to provide analysis and can be removed at your firm's request.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
