Terms of Service

Last updated September 15, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Aivor website or using the Aivor platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Aivor on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have the authority to bind that firm to these terms.

Use of the service

Aivor provides analysis and insights based on the financial data your firm connects. Aivor is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional judgment — the financial professionals using Aivor remain responsible for reviewing and validating any analysis before acting on it or presenting it to clients.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Data and integrations

When you connect a financial system to Aivor, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share that data with us for the purpose of generating analysis. Aivor accesses connected systems on a controlled, read-oriented basis as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Aivor and its underlying technology, including the analysis methods and product design, are the property of Aivor. These terms do not grant you any rights to Aivor's intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as intended.

Limitation of liability

Aivor is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on analysis it provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to firms with an active Aivor account before they take effect.
